I am Val. I am a 2nd generation entrepreneur, ex-corporate leader, enthusiastic learner, and perpetual dream chaser. I live in Shanghai, China, and joyfully support women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders as an Empowerment coach.
From being a global leader in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry for 18+years to becoming a business owner, I have created my own path to the bubbly lifestyle I wanted.
How?
Some years ago, I decided to become the predominant creative force in my life and break free from self-doubt and other patterns of negative thoughts.
I surrounded myself with inspiring people and learned from some of the best in the coaching industry. Thus I found and used the right tools for me.
I went from leaving my corporate job, with zero financial and emotional safety net to founding two successful and fulfilling coaching businesses, Bubble & Bloom in Shanghai and Lalala & Bloom Ltd. in London. I have worked in coaching, training, and personal development, for almost a decade.
